I want to send out a few postal letters that have flyers and special offer in them. It would be nice if I could have some way of tracking who I send them to, and when I did it.

I have looked a sugar CRM the free version and I do not think it has something like this. It has an email thing but not for normal post.

Any other Free ones?

I need something to help me design professional & creative looking emails for our Email Marketing. Along with postcards, flyer’s, posters I might need to design for work.

I’m starting email marketing and currently I use smtp from my hosting. I use a desktop mailer software. My problem is, no matter what email address I use in the ‘from’ and ‘reply to’ boxes, all them are marked as spam by gmail (and sometimes MSN). I have even used the email addresses created with my hosting.
Any solution on how I can get the mails in the inbox of gmail?

And by the way, the emails are can-spam compliant.

I"m starting my own company and am basically looking for a way to advertise without spending a lot of money until i get some customers. Any ideas?

We have never used mass email marketing before but are giving it very serious consideration now. We can get a company to do it for us or we can simply buy databases and an application and do it ourselves. But we’re wondering whether our ISP might get a bit annoyed if we send out millions of emails? Thanks

My boss spends over £300 a month on a subscription to an email marketing software that allows him to send a newsletter out to thousands of contacts at a time. I told this to someone who works in this kind of thing and he said that you can get the same thing for about £15 a month. I told my boss about this and he ignored my advice and when I mentioned it to somebody else in the office they said that he probably uses that software because the guy who runs it is his "friend".
Is my boss an idiot or what?

and just to be clear, it does it over and over, i went back to youtube a billion times and tried to login again but its the same page, with the Google Account logo in the upper left hand corner.

I am looking into email blast software but the problem is that sites I see: iContact, Sendblaster.com, massemailsoftwarepro.com, etc all have to do with marketing the company. My company does not need to market; we are looking to manage specific emails that are sent out to groups of people.

I recently starts some email marketing campaigns. We choose a email marketing software named PHPKode Newsletter X. Everything is well but it’s Cronjobs Configuration.

It tells me this in their site,

Ok I am a small business owner, I need some traffic to my website. I just purchased a list of 1 Million Businesses Email address, I know i cant send them all email at once, If i go through Yahoo or MSN or even Gmail it wouldnt let me send more than 50 a time and if i do 50 a time it will take me months to finish 1 million list!
